How to Know WiFi Password Using CMD(Updated)

In our daily life many time we have to use our Wi-Fi network to access internet. So managing your Wi-Fi password is become so difficult. Some time we may forgot our Wi-Fi password. Using this trick you can view your forgotten password.


You can know your Wi-Fi password easily, just follow each and every step very carefully and you can also check-out my video on "How to Know Wi-Fi Password using CMD"


Step 1:
Open “Command Prompt”. To open command prompt press keyboard shortcut “Windows + R” and type “cmd” and press enter.

Step 2:
In command prompt type, “netsh wlan show profile” and press enter.

Step 3:
Now Type, “netsh wlan show profile name= (Wi-Fi name whose password you want to view) key=clear” and press enter.
Example: “netsh wlan show profile name= vishu key=clear"

Now you can view your Wi-Fi password in front of “Key Content”.
